Roger this is in the MM forum.

You can use 601 or make a copy and assign it to the FOC schedule line category if you have one. For the return you can choose 655.

I'd like to know if we want to ship a goods to customer without charge, the purpose is to exchange another goods back which has quality issue, which movement type I can use it? The exchange process is go through sales order.
