Hi Ram,

Thanks for your detailed reply. I am following your steps, when you I execute this report (MB52) with F8, the selected 'Change layout (ctrl+F8)' here I did not find 'View TAB' you are talking about. I can only see 'Header' and 'position' layouts . In this screen I can not see option to select 'Microsoft excel' either. Am I missing something here. We are on ECC6.0

Appreciate any further input/steps.
