If the PR was generated through MRP Run you will have to adjust your reorder points otherwise it will generate again next MRP run.

Firstly, the deletion can't be done via mass update transaction MEMASSRQ or MASS (with related business object type BUS2105). Secondly, you have to manually flag for deletion all PR line items if you wish to delete the entire PR document. Lastly, if the PR is generated from MRP run, then the deletion can be done via next MRP run.
