[sap-log-mm] Trading of commodity through future contract and option in SAP

Hi expert,

I have a new scenario regarding Trading company. i.e a company who is dealing in trading and commodity( i.e purchasing corn,wheat,sugar in one place and sold it to another place through Future contract and Option-(call and put option) Please suggest me how to configure this scenario in( t.code -spro) in sap.
Company also uses Future contract and Options contract,Basis,Open Positions etc. to hedge their exposure.
