Hi Experts,
I am trying to settle the vendor rebate agreement and getting the message
MN E 310 Document conditions missing (internal error).
In the error message following is the description:
Diagnosis

While the system was checking the customer billing documents (settlement
documents) created via the general billing interface, the document
conditions that should exist were not found.

System Response

The system recognizes a situation of data inconsistency and does not
perform the requested function.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator. There is probably an error in the
program.

It seems it is in config, but I am not able to resolve, pl help if possible in detail in config.
