Dear HT,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I am indeed able to customize the print out settings per message type.
However when I when to send the created PO to myself (as I am the creator) it isn't working. I have tried a lot of different partner roles but all are not working.

Do you have an Idea how to trigger a PO mail to the creator of the PO or which partner role I need to use?

I have set up the e-mail functionality in purchase order via the SMTP protocol.
For sending mails to the vendor I use partner role LE and this is working correctly.
The e-mail is correctly send to the mail address that has been filled in the compunction page of the vendor. Therefore this part is working correctly

The next step that I don't seem to accomplish is sending also a mail to the user that is creating the PO. Hereby I am not referring to the inter mail (buisness workplace) but also to an external mail address. I have tried differnt partner roles like ME however nothing is triggered ( I don't get an error message, it is just not working). In the user data I have maintained a proper e-mail address by the way

Your help is highly appreciated?
