Yes, that's the icon, but in my system, anything I "attach" to a document goes to our external optical system. Those records are easily found in my system in table TOA01. That's why you would need to understand whether SAP is the actual repository, or, if it's going to an external system. I would imagine your basis people would know. - Lou

I sometimes add notes about the material in this, but I know of no way to search for material records that have a note attached. I see in table SOOD where the messages can be viewed, but there is no reference to the material number. Any help would be very much appreciated.
