Hi Wings, You should go back to your PO message type and check all condition records for all condition types. I am pretty sure that the PO status (EKKO-STATU) has been chosen as part of the condition table's field catalogs. Therefore, the condition record was only defined for manually-created PO (with "9" PO status) rather than for automatically-generated PO (with "B" PO status). Cheers, HT
