Hi Dipen,
It is the item category which controls if the reservation or purchase requisition is generated upon work order release. What is of your particular business scenario? Why would you like to generate PR even though your item is stocked (and therefore, "L" item category is defaulted)?

Dear Expert,
In PM Order, we are assigning Material under Component Tab; this material is Stock Item IC - "L". System is checking material availability, and generating reservation but system is not generating Purchase requisition (while creating / saving maintenance order) if material is not available.
I want to generate PR for this material (in availability check material is not available) while releasing maintenance order.
Please guide...
