Hi Franck,
There is not any standard tool except for LSMW transaction as far as I am concerned that you can use for your info record mass maintenance. Of course, the existing info record documents will remain till you decide to archive them via SARA transaction. In regard to source list, you can use ME05 transaction.

One of our customer's supplier has been acquired by a company which is now its new supplier. Conditions are the same (pricing, delivery, etc ...).
We would like to create/copy in mass the existing info-records of the old supplier and change in the new info-records the new supplier data (supplier's number).
Same for source lists: mass copy of the old records and change the old vendor by the new vendor reference.
1. Is there any possibility to do so in SAP out of LSMW ?
2. if we must use LSMW, are the old records saved?
