Check if there is any invoice price variance and/or subsequent credit which was posted to your material stock account.

In my case we have done a purchase of 30 items and at that point Mov. Avg. calculated correctly.
But then there were 3 issues.
After that the moving. Average showing in mm03 -Accounting is differs from the one which we had.
No any other transaction took place also.
What can be the reason for this?
