ANNA please tick box in item condition at changes which can be made and
remove option D from manual entries if you want to maintain manually.

Usually price will takes from valid condition of info record, if not maintained in PIR,price will pick from last document no, even if you are creating the PO in first time, you have to give manually,since go to ME11 for creating info record & give valid condition, then you go for PR & PO,??Try it.
