You can Keep the material in blocked stock 344 Mvt Type, Make A
withdrawal of sample stock from block stock to inspection with
movement type 335 and send it quality checking. If you found the
material ok move the block stock material to unrestricted stock using
MVMt type 343.

My guess, it is like keeping the stock for quality inspection. The
stocks that might contaminate other stocks will keep in quarantine location.
After inspection, they can move to unrestricted stock.
