Hi,
As far as the info record is concerned, there are two different types of pricing conditions -
1) Time-dependent condition which is updated automatically through the maintenance of quotation or contract;
2) Order price history which is updated automatically through the maintenance of purchase order.
In both cases, it is mandatory that the "Info Update" indicator checkbox shall be set in the related reference document (quotation, contract or PO).
Another mass update of info record is required when there is a change in the vendor price. However, in this particular case, you will have to carry out additional transaction for this mass maintenance.
