For material master changes, google for the ABAP program ZMMCHGHISTORY, which you can find on www.sap-basis-abap.com/abap017.htm . We have used this for years. For changes to Purchase orders or Schedule Agreements, google for ZPOCHANGE

Can you please tell me how to pull the report for exact creations changes made in the Masters like Vendor, Material, Customer?
As we know any change made may impact other changes as well.
