ALL,
The process of cycle counting isn't about how much you can count in any given days by 3 or 4 or 100 people. Its about the accuracy of the stock you have to maintain in your warehouse and ensuring that you count all of your stock within that yearly window. there is nor reason why you cant apply any of SAP's process' and have a solid workable method for reducing loss and increasing accuracy levels.
Counting the stock is the easy part its what you do to reconcile any differences and how you investigate them that brings the necessary controls into your business to protect the company assets.
So its not about how much you can count with 3 people its about process and maintaining accuracy levels that are acceptable to your financial controller.
