[sap-log-mm] Period Filed in Service Entry Sheet Unique

Question from dhootsachin on Jan 3 at 12:04 AM
Dear SAP GURU,
We are facing problem for service entry sheet, as our users created OPEN SERVICE PO in system.
For one and two years and when we will receive bill from the vendors they will do the service entry sheet in system. But problem is that some time they make the two service entry sheet against the same invoice number in system.
In service entry sheet can we do if user enters period in service entry sheet same period should not be allowed against the same PO for creating new service entry sheet?
Or system should given error message for same period of service entry sheet already exist.
Thanking you
Sachin N Dhoot

Re: [sap-log-mm] Contract Target Quantity Limitation for Individual Plants

Reply from soumitra1965 on Jan 2 at 10:06 PM
Quota management is for multiple vendors. Here we have one yearly qty contract signed between vendor in company. Each plant can order up to a fixed qty in a particular month using single/multiple pos. I hope that now picture is clear. Can you suggest some ways.

Subject: Contract Target Quantity Limitation for Individual Plants

Working on a custom requirement in SAP MM contracts. Company needs to allocate purchase order qty limits of individual plants monthwise at item level in ME31K. Also verification of limit violation is to be done during contract release order at ME21N. plant can order up to monthly target qty in single/multiple pos. I am planning to use screen_exits for 1st part(allottment of limit) and fld exits for 2nd part(verification). Yet to find quality study matl for screen_exits that can be used here. ME31K item level is gridlike structure. How can I add text flds through subscreen? How subscreen and main screen will be connected? How to know which type of layout is used and where to add additional flds(like AOLA/AOLK in asset master scenario)? Please suggest means of fixing this custom requirement and suggest study material that will help me.

Dear Expert

When I post a goods Issue, system show Material document. But, I use MB03 display material document, system shows "Material document not found.". I found a Runtime Error "MOVE_TO_LIT_NOTALLOWED_NODATA" in ST22. It comes in the following statement:-

Error analysis
A new value is to be assigned to the field "<F>", although this field is
entirely or partly protected against changes.

The following are protected against changes:
- Character literals or numeric literals
- Constants (CONSTANTS)
- Parameters of the category IMPORTING REFERENCE for functions and
methods
- Untyped field symbols not yet assigned a field using ASSIGN
- TABLES parameters if the actual parameter is protected against changes
- USING reference parameters and CHANGING parameters for FORMs, if the
actual parameter is protected against changes and
- Accesses using field symbols if the field assigned using ASSIGN is
protected (or partially protected, e.g. key components of an internal
table with the type SORTED or HASHED TABLE) against changes
- Accesses using references, if the field bound to the reference is
protected (or partially protected) against changes
- External write accesses to READ-ONLY attributes,
- Content of a shared object area instance accessed using a shared lock
(ATTACH_FOR_READ).
.............

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:

"MOVE_TO_LIT_NOTALLOWED_NODATA" " "
"SAPLMBMS" or "LMBMSF00"
"VERBRAUCH_FORTSCHREIBEN_30"
.........

My System environment is SAP-Release 700
I have check SAP OSS notes, but could not get any one.

Please kindly give me a hand.

Thanks,
Susan

Hi,

Since the purchase requisition was created directly from the work order, can you check directly in the work order?

Subject: Release Remaining Amount to Use for Workorder

Hi,

We have PR/PO was created initially with value of 300,000 and later PO was changed to 100,000. SES was issued with 100,000 and found that in remaining planning the balance amount (200,000) was held and we want to use it.
Your help is needed to sort out this issue.

Note: this PR created for one of operation in work order.

Thanks
Abdul.

Reply from Hays2412 on Jan 2 at 7:08 PM
Hi There,

If you enter the date in row one then select/highlight the date column there is a "fill down" button on the tool bar under the item lines if you are in ME23N.
