[sap-log-mm] Commitment is Being Released Differently Between Goods and Service PR's

When we do a PR for goods the commitment remains on the PR until the PO is fully released.
When we do the same thing for a service the commitment on the PR releases before the PO is fully released. Is this a cofig problem some where?
