Hi,

It is very much subject to how your PR is created. If it is created from MRP run, then the PR will be automatically deleted in the next MRP run if there is sufficient stock. If the PR is not coming from MRP run, then you should build your custom program to flag it for deletion or use standard tool such as LSMW.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Mass Deletion of Purchase Requisitions

Hello Guys,

I am trying to find a maintenance program to set "closed" flag or delete old/not relevant purchase requisitions.
I found one maintenance program for purchase requisitions (MEMASSRQ) but this program does not allow setting "closed" flag.

Is there any other program that can do this?

I would also like to delete/archive purchase requisitions that their quantities were fully converted to purchase orders. Not sure how it can be done.

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Alex
