Hi,
Since you are creating service contract followed by service PO, if you are using
a/c assign category as K(cost centre) for expenses, the profit centre will
default from cost centre.

Hi all,

When I create a service contract using a service material (Material type DIEN), the profit center from the service item is not carried over to the contract. The profit center is not automatiically getting derived from the material master. I did maintain the profit center in the Sales: General/Plant Data tab.

How do the get the Profit Center auto populated from service material master, as in the case of a regular sales order or material master.
