I have found solution to add SNs in Stock transport Order(STO) but not in PO,
when you change DO (VL02N) choose Extras -> Serial Numbers and input Serial Number for Material that you want to delivered.

I have not found how to add SNs to the STO or any kind of purchase order, so I add them to the delivery for the STO.
