Rather than execute a SAP search from the pull down menu choose run in background. Remove the print immediately box and then you are given the option to set up a periodic batch job

We would like to run a query as a batch job to be run on a weekly basis. The information received from this query would be either sent or saved as a report on a local server. If more simple, if a spool list was created, that would be okay as well. The user could then just find the spool and print or save as a file from the spool list.
Can this be done? A procedure or process to do this would be much appreciated.
