I wrote from what I had read. As I mentioned, I hadn't tried it out.

However, from the Toolbox, I see that you have suggested propose all items to someone in 2007 and he has acknowledged that it works !!!.

I stand corrected.

To my best knowledge and experience, the under-and-over delivery tolerance does not play any role at all in the early receipt. The only workaround solution that people used to avoid this problem is to set the flag in the "Propose All Items" indicator checkbox directly in MIGO transaction. However, I don't support this option as it opens the loop hold for over-delivery posting.
