[sap-log-mm] What Contributes to the Proposed Plan Count Date in MiCN?

We have several materials set with cc indicator A which is configured for 6 counts per year or once every 60 days with a 5 day float. With the date of last count being 09012012 MiCN is proposing a next plan date of 02042012, over 90 days out! What could be causing this?

Help from the experts much appreciated.
