[sap-log-mm] Posting a 301 M/T without an Interco Invoice

Our company has many company codes activated (for CDN and US plants etc). I'm looking for a way to do a Plant to Plant inventory posting (movement 301), but we do not want an intercompany invoice generated by SAP.. Is there a way to bypass this invoice?
