[sap-log-mm] Excluding Inbound Flow (Purchasing) in Warehouse Management

Dear Gurus,

I'm trying to set up decentralized warehouse management, but I only need the outbound flow, so I want to exclude the inbound flow (e.g. purchasing). On the other hand I still need the possibility to receive confirmation from the third party WMS when an outbound delivery has been shipped.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
