Thank you so much for your reply. I checked in report ME5A but I am still unable to find the maintenance order with reference to PR generated. As you rightly said that PR' are getting generated when the requirement quantity in maintenance order is entered above the current stock. We are using the PD type MRP functionality. Currently I am tracking maintenance order by using MD04 T code for each material code. Please help in getting complete report.
