Hi Tom,

I guess it is some sort of plant movement (i.e. changing from one plant to another one) but more or less a requirement to create a new plant. If this is the case, then when you create a new plant in SAP, make sure you will use the "Copy All" feature.

Has anyone moved a facility while using SAP? Anybody aware of best practices, gotchas? Obviously considering master data, plant code(s), routings, boms. We have started the planning for transition to a new site over the next 3 years.
