How can I assign material type to item category?

Actually, I want it.cat TANN in sales org2 view when I click f4 button, but
it is not coming.

Go to SPRO -- MM -- Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -- Reporting -- Define Field Selection for Material Document List

For this you need to copy the programe name from MB51, then add the table name and field as per your requirement check the selection screen and output screen
