RE: [sap-log-mm] Creating a New Plant

This is probably related to the issue SAP had before 4.7
The plant address text number (ADRNR) in your development system did not match the one in your production system and the transport would overwrite the production text number with the one in DEV, causing the address to be incorrect.

My recommendation is to say No and handle all your numbering systems manually

Subject: Creating a New Plant

Hi all,

I am creating a new plant in the system by copying from an existing one
while doing this the system prompt me with a long message:

"In this function both the number range intervals and the addresses are
linked to the automatic recording of customizing changes.
This means that existing number range intervals and addresses for this
organization units may be handled and transported automatically.

This may cause errors in connection with transports when the number ranges
or address numbers in the target system are already used"

Then the question is prompted:
"Do you really want to transport number ranges?"

I don't clearly understand.
Can someone explain this?

What happens if I say No?
