If you want send by email your POs, why don't you try to attach PDF with Spool?

We wish to send purchase orders by email to our vendors. I have completed the configuration and set up of master data and when creating the purchase order I get a warning message for the new output type to email purchase orders, the message is: "No or missing e-mail address".
The vendor and my own user account has been set up with an email address.
Any ideas?
