Not too much of an expert on such matters, but please note that if you also use PM, any Purchase Requisitions that are created through the Components tab functionality on the Maintenance Order, the process uses ME21 and not ME21N. If you do use PM and raise PR's vi ateh MO then any config changes made in MM for ME51N may need to be replicated for ME21.
