Hi,

This is the typical error message when the posting period is not the current valid period. Therefore, what you should do is to check in MARV table to identify the current posting period and if it is not different than the posting period, then you should run MMPV transaction.

I have created a PO and want to create GR for that.
When I try to post GR wrt PO getting error message "posting allowed only for duration _ _ _ _ an _ _ _ for the company code XXXX"

I tried creating PO and GR for 2,3 other company codes but got the same error message.
Is it error specific to a particular company code or to a client.
IF it is only wrt to a company code is it possible to change the posting period for it?
if yes can you please explain me how?
