Use SE16 on the TSTC table with the Z * for the transaction code. You will have the list of Transactions and programs

Is there any method to retrieve a list of all T-Codes in operation in my
company's SAP (4.6c)? My company has several customized T-codes.
I need a list which includes all standard and custom defined T-codes along
with description.
