No. I was just actually reviewing what the user has done. The line item was deleted more than a day ago.

Did you come out of the transaction and check by entering again? Immediately after saving the item deletion, header condition tab shows value including the value of deleted item. But if you exit the transaction and enter again, correct value is displayed.
