Hi SSS,

You can change the validity period of a cost center using OKEON Tcode. Select the cost center from the hierarchy and click the the validity period icon that you will find next to the Valid from - Valid To tab. This will allow you to change the validity period. Please note that there should not be any entries posted to this cost center to avoid any irregularities in the system.

for any Cost centre? I m in KS02 but system is not allowing me to change
the period. I can, however, change basic data etc.
