Hi

Have you checked the condition type is mainatined as cost condition which you are using in the Credit memo ie COPA condition in profitability segment in order to derive the condition as a VALUE fields from Profitability analysis

For a credit memo created, the "qty" value is NOT getting updated/reflected
in the profitability analysis ( COPA) of the credit memo.

For the relevant original invoice, it is getting updated.
