Put the text in the Material Description field if there is no Material master record for the sleeping bag.

I am trying to create PO in SAP by using Account Assignment Category K - Cost Center, but while saving PO system is giving below mentioned error.

The material SLEEPING BAG does not exist or is not activated
Message no. M3305

As per my knowledge no Material Master is required while purchasing goods by account assignment category K. Then why system is asking for material master?
