In addition to the required change in the authorization control via security profile update for end users, you should consider the responsibility of updating open POs.
No, it is not feasible to disable all PO print-outs created by this user.

Hi All,
We want to setup a new printer and looking for an option to assign this new printer to one of the combination, but I have a problem because all the combinations are sharing with other plants. For example, using the same purchasing group or purs org. We are thinking to ask plant A make use of existing purchasing group which is currently use by plant B, will it be workable?
Is there any impact if we assign this new printer to the purchasing group and advise plant B stop using the purchasing group. What is the actual usage of purchasing group? |
