Hi,

What I meant was that since Plant A is no longer allowed to use purchasing group 1 as of a particular date (for instance, today), and assuming that there was an open PO 12345 which was created by Plant A yesterday, this PO can't be updated by Plant A's user if change is required to be made as the Plant A's related authority to maintain this PO was removed.

Hi All,

We want to setup a new printer and looking for an option to assign this new printer to one of the combination, but I have a problem because all the combinations are sharing with other plants. For example, using the same purchasing group or purs org. We are thinking to ask plant A make use of existing purchasing group which is currently use by plant B, will it be workable?

Is there any impact if we assign this new printer to the purchasing group and advise plant B stop using the purchasing group. What is the actual usage of purchasing group?
