Subject: How to Prevent Users From Making Changes to the PO After GRN is Done?
Scenario - User has created a PO for Material A at a price of say, USD 100 on say, 23rd March, 2011. Now, the material arrives & the GRN is processed on say, 25th May, 2011. After the GRN is completed, user needs to change the price to USD 200, for some reason. He goes into the PO & changes the price of Material A.
My query is how can SAP prevent these changes from happening once the GRN is complete. Thanks in advance. |
