Hello Ian,

1) Create variant for the report (RM07MMHD)
2) Run transaction SM36 to schedule the report to run once a week
During creation of the job (SM36) there should be an option 'Spool list recipient'. There I would enter the email address of the user. You also could enter a distribution list to send the report to multiple users.
