You can Google "SAP remanufacturing" but I researched this a couple of years ago and recall that the processes are not pretty.
You may also look into the service portion of plant maintenance, but it may not be good fit either.

We have a product that our customers can return for repair, in this case it sends for repair.

Is there a procedure that enables the SAP SD or MM where can we receive the product and feed stocks (eg MMBE) and make a return?
The material is encoded, then we would make an entry of material via MIGO, for example, with a specific movement type of feeding the stock and make repairs after the return to the client.
I looked in the SAP documentation but could not identify a process that meets this need.
