One option is to add parameter id ME_USE_GRID with value X in your user profile. This will display all reports in ALV grid.

I usually use queries to do that.
In your case you need only BSIM and MAKT tables.

Run SQVI transaction code
Choose the link query (not the table one)
In query painter, enter BSIM table
Then enter MAKT table (the link is set by itself)

Then back

Check everything in BSIM table (or according to your needs)
Check MAKT-SPRAS (for the tongue)
and MAKT-MAKTX (for material description)

Save, and run :)
