Dear Srikanth,
Please check your PO related to release strategy conditions. Then if it satisfies it can release both ME29N and ME28.
If no please explain briefly.

I have done release strategy configuration and assigned to Document type, Purch Org and Purch Group.
But when I tried to release PO (ME29N), I don't see any option of release.

Please let me know where exactly the error is.
