You first have to make sure that account assignment is one of the
characteristics. Then you can create a new release strategy assigning the
relevant approver/s. The new release strategy will have 5
approvers. Thereafter when you assign characteristic values to the
release strategy assign account assignment A as a characteristic value. The
other steps are no different from setting up the usual release strategy.

Add this as one more level as the first approver. Account assignment category has to be one of the characteristics.
