[sap-log-mm] Pre Requisites for ST3 Form

What are the Pre requisites for executing J2IC - returns for service tax credited to the Govt ST-3 form in SAP?

When i try to run J2IB - No data is coming and J2IC - No data exists for the given conditions error message is triggered.
