Hi Prema,
This is a fundamental error message when the subcontract process is used for recursive serialized material. What you should do therefore is to activate either Enhancement Package 4 or 5 to use the similar A&D subcontract functionalities.

I need help on the following error occurred at the time of doing GR in MIGO with the movement type 101 for maintaining serial number.
Exactly 1 serial numbers must be selected (instead of 1)
Message no. IO212
Let me explain you the whole scene.
I have taken the quantity of line item as 1 in PO ( std. PO) and at the time of doing GR in MIGO with mvnt. type 101 system is asking for maintaining serial no ( since we are maintaining Batch with Serial no profile in MM01 ).
I uploaded only one serial no through YIQ01 and the status is also AVLB in YIQ09.
Then I came back to MIGO and picked up that serial no through serial no tab.
At the time of doing check above mentioned error text message appeared which is entirely out of the box.
I tried this again with another qty in PO ( eg. 10 or 15), even after that same message appeared.
Exactly 10 serial numbers must be selected (instead of 10)
Message no. IO212
Suggest me how can I resolve this error.
