Agreed - however normally the approver doesn't always know what to do next and is normally too senior to know the detail. So she sends it back to the requestor to sort it out before they resubmit it. Either way the approver may want to annotate the PR to explain to the requestor why they are rejecting it so that it doesn't happen again.

I have a PR that was refused by the Approver. This requisition has a material number. I can not delete or block the PR item. But the PR still appears in MD04 Stock/Requirements List.

Any suggestions
