One alternative to LSMW is to use Automation Anywhere to do the extraction and load using the front end. You can automate the process and schedule it.
Just another option.

Hi, I am working on a retail project and we shall do a migration/conversion for assigning merchandise categories to sites. What is the best way to do this, which table/tables in SAP should I use for mapping? Should I use LSMW to do the extraction and load or do you have any other ideas?
